Graduation Year 2021
Due to Corona, 2021 was unfortunately a very difficult year for the students of the School of Nations. The situation in the Philippines has deteriorated dramatically. The horror news in recent months is more like a report of ‘the end of the world’. There is famine everywhere, unemployment at about 50%, rising corporate bankruptcies, rising corona numbers, curfew, etc. It will take years for the country to recover from these disasters.
For this reason, we are even more pleased that, despite limited school operations, the graduation ceremony of the school in Sto. Nino/ Puerto Galera / Philippines took place.
Numerous students were celebrated by the school management and honored with awards. A really formative moment for the young people, who are now offered the chance for a better life because of education.
It is really satisfying to see that with our help we can bring a little joy to these people in their basic lives, especially during this Corona Virus Pandemic, and to facilitate a better future for them through a school education.
