Project BLENDED
Amidst these most unprecedented times, GLODERS COLLEGE, INC. commits to its ‘newfound purpose’ of providing quality and efficient learning experiences through Modular Distance Learning as our preferred Learning Delivery Modality (LDM) relevant to this ‘new normal’ education.
In the advent of this ‘new normal’ brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, the school remains resilient and true to its vision and mission of providing basic quality education. Rigorous trainings and upskilling of teachers were done to faithfully adopt to this new normal education. Likewise, remote enrollment was also done. School staff visited different villages especially the village of Iraya-Mangyan learners of Gloders College to fully ensure that Gloders College is capable of delivering learning amid pandemic.
Since the national government of the Philippines prohibited the conduct of face-to-face classes, schools are compelled to devise learning continuity plan that basically outline strategies and programs adopting the new normal system. In the context of Gloders College, the school adopted Blended Learning. It is the combination of offline and online learning. As part of its offline learning, a modular approach is utilized. While for the online learning, every week, a 30-minute synchronous learning for every subject is done.
The School has a vision of a better education system for every student through Blended Learning platform as we all continue to accept the recent paradigm shift—of online learning. We aim to uplift the life of our students by providing a holistic, non-discriminatory, quality education they deserve through world-class online video lessons that would hone their natural talents and skills to explore, survive, and even succeed in whatever path they choose to take.
This can be realized through BLENDED LEARNING Project that serves as the backbone of ensuring the quality education on the better normal of educational platform of online learning, modular and face to face instruction to our Project HOPEScholars despite of this global phenomenon.
